Legislation also prohibits anyone from stockpiling virgin R22 or recycling it from one customer to anothe From 1 January 2015, sales or use of recycled/recovered R22 will be prohibited however refrigerant wholesalers are already stating they have no supplies of recylcled R22 for onward selling.
