Engineers have instant access to the GK parts ordering system through their PDA’s, ensuring speed and efficiency is achieved for every call out. Guaranteed response times are agreed within SLA’s with a detailed report submitted for every site visit and, where necessary, a quotation for remedial work sent to the client.
